Order Processing: 

All orders processed within 1 - 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Rates: 

Bloemfontein deliveries:  Flat rate of R50.

Deliveries outside Bloemfontein: Flat rate of R50.

Delivery Times: 

Shipping Typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location. We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery for your order. 

Important Note:

Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules or unforseen delys. Arabic Treasures in not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier. 

If your area is considered a high-risk or remote area, we may arrange for delivery to a nearby PUDO Locker or Courier Guy Kiosk. Should you still prefer door-to-door delivery, any additional courier surcharge will be for your account.
